Closing Date: 14th June 2013 Youth Creative is back again this year with the theme “Public Service Awareness” Winner of this competition will take home a cash prize of RM34,000 and a chance to be selected as Penang State Government's official Public Service Announcement film. Participants are required to make a short film based on PSA and the content must creative and meaningful. The short film should deliver a healthy message which increases public awareness and encourages positive thinking. All entries can be up to a maximum of five (5) minutes in length, excluding credits. Minimum running time of three (3) minutes is required. All online submissions must be no larger than 40 MB of file size; AND All offline submissions (DVD) MUST in best quality, no size limit required. Only MP4 format is accepted. Submit your piece by June 14 for both categories of Open (below 40 years old) and Student (for those between 15 and 25 years old).
