Association of Tourism Attractions Penang’s (ATAP) new website www.atap.org.my
was launched earlier this week by Penang Chief Minister Y.A.B Lim Guan
Eng, accompanied by State Tourism Development and Culture EXCO Y.B Danny
Law Heng Kiang.
The
goal of this new website is to give an up-to-date information for
tourists; linking potential visitors to the websites and locations of
all ATAP members. It also creates awareness on ATAP and enable cross
promotion amongst members of the association.
On
top of that, a series of video promotions called “My Penang, Live It,
Love It” will be added on the on the website by June this year. The
15-episode series will feature all 55 of the ATAP’s members including
Kek Lok Si Temple, Sun Yat Sen Penang Base, Tropical Spice Garden,
Penang Butterfly Farm, Penang Bird Park and many more. The videos would
primarily be in Mandarin with English subtitles.
